  • Possess the required educational qualifications specified for each course; and
  • Provide accurate and complete registration details.
     
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and reject or cancel applications that do not meet our criteria.

2. Course Enrolment and Fees
 
  • Course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of classes unless otherwise stated.
  • Fees are non-transferable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to NIAI’s refund policy.
  • NIAI reserves the right to change course schedules, content, or instructors when necessary without prior notice.
     
3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, videos, notes, assignments, and publications, are the intellectual property of NIAI or its content providers.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any commercial purpose without written permission.

4. Code of Conduct

By enrolling in our programmes, you agree to:
 
  • Maintain respectful communication with faculty, staff, and peers;
  • Not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or academic misconduct;
  • Uphold the integrity and reputation of NIAI.
     
Violation of this code may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrolment.

5. Data Privacy

We collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

By using our Services, you consent to our collection and processing of your data for academic, administrative, and communication purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

NIAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
 
  • The use or inability to use our Services;
  • Unauthorised access or alteration of user data;
  • Technical issues or website downtime.
     
Your use of the website and course materials is at your own risk.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
